I thought I’d offer a photography session giveaway.


I’ve been on highly motivated lately, when it comes to all things photography. I’ve been booking more sessions, I've virtually attended some amazing workshops where I’ve learned TONS of new skills and would love to try some out on one lucky winner.  Don’t mind me, I’m just feeling inspired and I want to share the love and keep this positive energy going! A giveaway just makes sense.  Please feel free to share my passion with others too.

THE GRAND PRIZE:


One lucky winner will receive a FREE 1-hour photography session with yours truly, Daryl Anthony Hermann. The WINNER will receive 20 fully edited and high-resolution images (of my choice) for download in my online gallery. PLEASE NOTE that this is NOT a “paid session”, meaning that I do not guarantee that your photos will be edited by a specific timeframe after the session. Prints are NOT included, but you will have the option of ordering quality prints through my preferred printing lab or printing the images to a lab of your choice.



THE RULES:


  • The contest giveaway starts on January 13th 2022 and will end on February 13th 2022 at midnight.
  • All entries will be verified and the winner of the contest MUST be the legal age of 18 years old and reside in the province of Ontario, Canada.
  • The winner, randomly chosen by computer software of my choice, will be announced and notified on: Monday, February 14th 2022 and will have 48 hours to claim their prize.
  • The session must be booked and completed within the current calendar year of 2022.
  • The session is non transferable, nor may it be traded in for cash value or any other funds.
  • The session is for immediate family members or significant others living in 1 or 2 households.
  • The session may ONLY be used for the following types of photography: portraits or environmental activities of a couple, family, or children. Maximum of 2 adults and/or their children.
  • The session may NOT be used for the following types of photography: newborns, maternity, religious events/activities, birthday celebrations, corporate & business, sports, special events, boudoir/sexual content or any photography involving couples performing: engagements, elopements, and/or weddings.
  • The session location will be chosen by the WINNER and must be outdoors and within the limits of Windsor - Essex County, Ontario, Canada.
  • If the session location requires permission for the use of property, a license and or permit, it will be the responsibility of the WINNER to cover all associated costs and legal rights.
  • Should you choose to order prints through another lab than mine, I can not guarantee quality results nor am I responsible for poor quality results.
  • My contract is to be signed before I even schedule your session.
  • All COVID-19 guidelines regulated by the health unit and the province of Ontario must be followed.
  • Only one entry per Facebook profile account.
